Tuesday 27 February 2018
Killashee Hotel, Naas.
Network Ireland Kildare Branch is delighted to welcome Jo Collins to Kildare.

We all have different relationships with our customers. There are some we get on really well with and others that are challenging. So how and why does that happen?
People buy differently and expect different things. As sales professionals, we need to recognize that and adapt our approach.
This workshop is all about how customers buy today. The same approach to all customers will hinder your success. It’s about recognizing different people’s styles and how to adapt your approach to get a better result.
Recognize customers buying styles and reflect & respect that in your sales approach.
Be remembered for being authentic.
Jo believes that sales is the oxegen for every business. The key to sales growth and success is to learn how to sell to customers the way they want to buy.
By listening to your customer, you begin the journey of building Trust, until we have that, it is often difficult to move forward.
It is easy to walk away from a business, it is more difficult to walk away from a business relationship.
