Understanding Your Customers, Leads to Better Sales
This workshop helps entrepreneurs identify their customers' needs in a way that helps them sell more. We look at different types of customers and work through a simple, free tool to get inside your customers' heads.
We examine the customers' jobs to be done and map this to the product-market fit. We translate this to a Customer user story that helps sell your product or service.
Finally, we look at ways we can influence people to help make our business successful.
